BOOKING, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
All sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot. Your spot is not held until your deposit is received.
Session deposits:
— 1:1 NCLEX Tutoring ($80) → $25 deposit due at booking
— Group Study Session ($45/person) → $15/person due at booking
— Study Strategy Consult ($55) → $20 deposit due at booking
— Virtual Study Jam ($25) → Paid in full at booking
— NCLEX Power Hour Bundle ($195) → $50 deposit due at booking
Your deposit is applied toward your session total. The remaining balance is due before your session begins.
Send Your deposit within 24 hours of booking or your spot will be released:
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
✅ Reschedule with no penalty: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. Your deposit transfers to your new session date.
❌ Under 24 hours: Your deposit is forfeited. No exceptions. The remaining balance will not be charged.
❌ No-show: Full session fee is forfeited. No refund, no credit, no reschedule.
⚠️ Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your session may be shortened or forfeited. You will not receive a refund for time lost due to your late arrival.
📋 Intake forms: Your Learning Style Quiz and Goals & Needs Questionnaire must be completed before your session starts. If your forms are not submitted, your session will not begin until they are — that time comes out of your session, not Nurse Tee's.
🔁 Bundles: The $50 bundle deposit holds all three sessions. Individual sessions within the bundle must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Unused bundle sessions expire after 60 days and are non-refundable.
