Based in Norfolk, Virginia, I've spent 16 years in clinical practice — and now I put every shift, every hard lesson, every moment I had to figure something out alone that nobody taught me — directly into content and curriculum that meets you where you actually are.
I created this platform because too many students are out here searching for the same answers: How do you study for the NCLEX without wasting time? Why doesn't nursing school match real-life nursing? How do you answer NCLEX RN practice questions — priority, delegation, pharmacology — without second-guessing everything? How do you find nursing student jobs, externships, and internships before you even graduate? And how do you go from overwhelmed new grad nurse to confident, clinically sharp RN?
Truth be told... a lot of y'all were never taught how to think. Just how to memorize.
